The security system is controlled through your telephone number. If your phone number changes, you need to report it. To update your phone number, contact your manager and confirm the changes with a secret word.
How do I add, delete, or modify my Emergency Contact List (ECL)?
Use your account or contact your manager to add or remove emergency contacts.
What can I order extra?
You can choose additional options such as a stationary or radio key alarm button, and alerts for gas leaks, water, or fire. The contract is made directly with the apartment owner or a registered person with written permission from the owner to enter into a protection agreement.
